Results
For the Quick Loks Arc used a twenty minute test, using an automatic Suhner Tool with a small angle grinder, fixed at a thirty degree angle grinding on the edge a piece of mild steel with the dimensions 12” x ¼” x 2”.
The metal was weighed every minute to verify the cut of the disc, and the disc was weighed every five minutes to verify the loss of life of the disc.

To Test the PSA disc Arc used a ten minute off hand test using a pneumatic Orbital Sander, grinding on a piece of mild steel, weighing the metal every minute to verify the cut of the disc and weighing the disc before and after the test to verify the loss of life, of the disc.
After testing all Arcs Quick Loks against Groves Cranes current abrasive, we see that our 3” VZ133 36 grit Quick Lok is 30% better in cut and 2X the life.
In testing Arcs 5” PG830 180,240, and 320 grit PSA disc, and our 5” AP23M 180 grit PSA disc, against Grove Cranes current 5” Mirka gold 180 grit disc, we see that our PG830 180, 240, and 320 grit discs, do remove more metal, but have a different finish than the Mirka disc. Our AP23M 180 grit disc removes more metal and has a very similar finish.

Conclusions
After testing Arcs 3” VZ133 36 grit Quick Lok, against the current 3” Unisand 36 grit Quick Lok, we see that our discs performs better in cut, and in life, and that Grove Crane should consider testing our abrasives for an over all better product.
After testing Arcs 5” PG830 180, 240 and 320 grit and Arcs AP23M 180 grit against Grove Cranes current Mirka, gold disc, we think Grove Crane should consider testing one of our disc for a better cut, and a finish for the consumer to decide.
